Priest
"Know that you serve the true Emperor!"
The Priest embodies true faith and devotion to the Emperor of Mankind. Wielding naught but a Chainsword and prayer book, he is armed with his faith, inspiring all around him to greater feats of heroism in the name of the God Emperor. Extremely zealous and perhaps a bit off his rocker, but not more so than the Sanctioned Psyker.
Tactics
The Command Squad Priest has lower hit points and damage than the regular version, but it is still a powerful melee fighter whose addition to the command squad allows the general to take on enemy commanders. The Priest's presence grants the squad significant bonuses to several stats and Fanaticism greatly increases the odds that the general and his team will survive. However, it takes quite some time to build and is a poor choice for reinforcement under fire.
