Stronghold
Tactics
For every Stronghold a Space Marine player is allowed to build six Plasma Generators and six Heavy Bolter Turrets. Build more Strongholds if you find yourself needing more of these structures. This will also make it that much harder for your enemy to defeat you. To best defend your most valuable building, you must pay close attention to the terrain. Most maps will have either one or two entrances to your base, and experience will tell you where the enemy will be approaching from. In the late game (once your economy can truly afford it), you may wish to plant as any turrets as you can in this place to repel approaching infantry, and upgrade a couple of them with missile launchers to repel vehicles.
