Mine Field
A form of defense that never goes out of style. Deploying mines around critical locations or choke points along your front is common tactics.
Tactics
Chaos mines are a devastating tactic as they shred infantry to bits. They are especially potent against melee troops or short ranged infantry such as Necron Warriors. They can also be laid down over fallen Necron troops to kill them if they are resurrected. Be careful if you have fragile Cultists in melee stance as they could easily be killed by the mines during an overaggressive charge.

Effects | Any enemy ground units that come within range of the Mine Field will be hit by a powerful explosion. Infantry will be sent flying (10-60 force) and even infiltrated units can be targeted. Every blast reduces the hitpoints of the Mine Field by 130. The Mine Field cannot be repaired. If the Mine Field's hitpoints are reduced to 0 due to exploding mines, the Mine Field is destroyed as if it had been shot by enemy fire.
